On Thursday, Town Administration released an overview of operations during the next 30 days. While the offices are closed to walk-in traffic, phone calls are being answered or returned, and emails being checked.

Town of Pahrump Business Licensing

Renewals – Business Licensing renewal functions will continue as normal, though operations will be slowed due to working remotely. Staff will continue to bill/issue renewal notices and process payments received for renewals. Payments can be made online, through the mail, or submitted in the mail slot on the door on the left side of our office.

New Licenses – Packets and general info are available online. New license applications will be accepted via mail or submitted in the mail slot on the left side of our office. However, local license applications require a Business License Review application to be completed and approved by the Planning Department and the Certificates of Fictitious Firm Name to be approved by the County Clerk’s Office. Not all applications require both the aforementioned forms and approvals, so we’re keeping new application functions open for the time being.

Inquiries can be submitted via email to TownOffice@pahrumpnv.org

Town of Pahrump Facility Rentals

Facility rental operations have been put on hold for the remainder of the 30-day Stay Home Nevada initiative. All rentals that were scheduled to take place during these 30 days have been cancelled and refunds will be issued. We are asking for a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks for refunds to be issued.

Inquiries can be made via email to TownOffice@pahrumpnv.org and calendars are available at pahrumpnv.org

Nye County Privilege Licensing

Submittal of new license applications is suspended until the 30-day Stay Home Nevada initiative is over and staff has been cleared to return to work. Potential applicants can review Nye County Code for application and licensing requirements.

Renewal functions will continue as normal, though operations will be slowed due to working remotely. Staff will continue to process payments received for renewals and will mail renewed licenses. Payments can be made through the mail or submitted in the mail slot on the door on the left side of our office.

Inquiries can be made via email to stackett@co.nye.nv.us
